This section applies to the Android app "Video Downloader for CHZZK" (com.downloader.chzzdownloader), developed by Afs Apps and distributed on Google Play. Everything else in this policy also applies to the app.

12.1 Data the app collects

• •Account information: if you create an account or log in, your email address and password. Passwords are stored only as a salted hash on our servers; login tokens are kept in encrypted storage on your device.
• •Video links: the URLs of videos you ask the app to download, sent to our servers so we can find the video files.
• •App instance identifier: a random ID generated when the app is installed and stored on your device. It is used only to apply download limits and prevent abuse. It is not linked to your advertising ID or other apps.
• •Device integrity check: the app uses the Google Play Integrity API to confirm requests come from a genuine copy of the app on a genuine device. Google processes this check under its own privacy policy.
• •Purchases: subscriptions bought in the app are processed by Google Play Billing. We receive the purchase token and order details needed to activate your plan, but never your card or bank details.
• •Support messages: anything you send us through the contact or support features.

12.2 Data the app does not collect

The app does not access your contacts, location, camera, microphone, photos, or call logs, and does not show third-party advertising.

12.3 Permissions

• •Internet: to look up and download videos and to sign in.
• •Notifications (optional): to show download progress and completion. You can turn this off in Android settings at any time.

12.4 Files on your device

Downloaded videos and any conversion of them (for example with the built-in video converter) are saved and processed locally on your device. We do not upload your downloaded files to our servers, except for files you explicitly choose to process with a cloud download feature.

12.5 Data deletion

You can request deletion of your account and the data associated with it at any time by emailing [email protected] from your account email address with the subject "Delete my account". We delete account data within 30 days, except transaction records we must keep for legal and tax purposes (see section 7). Uninstalling the app removes the locally stored identifier and login tokens from your device.
